Terms of Service
Last updated: October 2026
1. Introduction
Welcome to Beja Health Collective.
These Terms of Service outline the conditions under which Beja Health Collective provides its services, manages bookings and payments, and communicates with clients.
By booking an appointment or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms of Service, together with any applicable service-specific conditions.
Beja Health Collective is committed to providing a considered, professional and personalised experience, with clinical care guided by appropriate assessment, informed consent and individual needs.
These terms operate alongside applicable Australian Consumer Law, privacy legislation and other relevant legal and professional obligations. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded.
2. Services provided
Beja Health Collective provides clinician-led wellness services, which may include:
IV therapy and nutrient infusions.
Nutrient injections and wellness treatments.
Skin treatments.
Health and wellness consultations.
Other services introduced by Beja Health Collective from time to time.
The services available may vary by location, practitioner availability and clinical suitability.
All treatments are subject to the relevant assessment, clinical authorisation, professional scope of practice and applicable requirements. Not every service will be appropriate for every client.
Information provided on our website, social media or other marketing materials is general in nature and does not replace an individual consultation or personalised clinical advice.
3. Consultation and treatment suitability
3.1 Initial assessment
A consultation and suitability assessment are required before treatment where clinically indicated or required by Beja Health Collective's procedures.
The assessment may include a review of your medical history, current medications, allergies, relevant health information and treatment goals.
Additional information, investigations, medical clearance or referral may be required before a treatment can proceed.
3.2 Client responsibility
Clients must provide complete and accurate information relevant to their care, including:
Existing medical conditions and relevant medical history.
Current medications and supplements.
Known allergies and previous adverse reactions.
Pregnancy or breastfeeding status, where relevant.
Recent investigations and other information requested during the assessment.
Any changes in health or medication before treatment.
Clients must notify their practitioner if their circumstances change between consultation and treatment.
Failure to disclose relevant information may affect the assessment of suitability and the safety of treatment.
3.3 Right to defer or decline treatment
Beja Health Collective reserves the right to decline, defer or discontinue a treatment where it is considered clinically inappropriate, unsafe or outside the treating practitioner's scope of practice.
This may occur where further assessment, medical clearance, a valid prescription or practitioner order is required, or where the client is not suitable for the proposed service.
Where treatment cannot proceed for clinical or safety reasons, Beja Health Collective will explain the situation where appropriate and discuss any applicable rescheduling, credit or refund options in accordance with these terms and applicable law.
4. Treatment limitations and clinical considerations
All treatments carry potential risks, and individual responses may vary. For IV therapy and injectable treatments, possible risks may include bruising, discomfort, swelling, vein irritation, infiltration, dizziness, nausea, allergic reactions and other complications. Additional risks may apply depending on the service, the client's health and the treatment provided. Clients will be given relevant information about the proposed treatment, its material risks, alternatives and other considerations as part of the informed consent process.
IV access
Where IV access cannot be established safely after two attempts, the practitioner may discontinue the procedure and arrange an alternative plan, which may include rescheduling or referral where appropriate. The decision to continue, discontinue or reschedule will be guided by clinical judgement and client safety.
Individual results
Responses to treatments vary between individuals. Beja Health Collective does not guarantee a particular outcome, result or timeframe. Any information about a service should be understood in the context of individual suitability and the clinical assessment.
5. Bookings and appointments
Appointments may be booked through Beja Health Collective's designated booking platform or other approved booking channels.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact details and selecting the appropriate appointment type and location.
A booking is confirmed once the applicable booking requirements have been completed and confirmation has been provided.
Clients should arrive at the agreed appointment time and follow any relevant pre-treatment instructions communicated by Beja Health Collective.
If a client arrives late, the appointment may need to be shortened, rescheduled or cancelled where there is insufficient time to provide the service safely and appropriately. Any applicable fee will be handled in accordance with the cancellation terms and applicable law.
6. Deposits, cancellations and rescheduling
6.1 Deposits
A deposit may be required to secure an appointment. Where a deposit applies, the amount and payment conditions will be communicated at the time of booking. Any deposit paid will be applied towards the total cost of the booked service unless otherwise clearly stated. Deposits are subject to the cancellation, refund and consumer guarantee provisions in these terms. They will not be retained where doing so would be contrary to applicable law.
6.2 Client cancellations and rescheduling
Clients are requested to provide at least 24 hours' notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment.
Where less than 24 hours' notice is provided, or a client does not attend, a cancellation fee or loss of deposit may apply if the relevant condition was disclosed before booking and the charge is lawful and reasonable in the circumstances.
Any cancellation charge will be assessed in accordance with applicable consumer law and will not operate as an unlawful penalty.
To cancel or reschedule, clients should use the designated booking platform or contact Beja Health Collective directly.
6.3 No-shows
A no-show occurs when a client fails to attend a confirmed appointment without providing notice. Where a client repeatedly fails to attend appointments, Beja Health Collective may require prepayment for future bookings or decline further bookings where reasonable and lawful. Any prepayment requirement will be communicated before a new booking is confirmed.
6.4 Cancellations by Beja Health Collective
Beja Health Collective may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to practitioner availability, operational circumstances, clinical concerns or other unforeseen events.
Where this occurs, we will endeavour to notify the client as soon as reasonably practicable and offer an appropriate alternative appointment or refund of any amount paid for the affected service, as applicable.
7. Pricing and payment
Prices are communicated through our website, booking platform or directly to clients.
Payment is required before or at the time of the service, unless another arrangement has been agreed in writing.
Where a deposit has been paid, the remaining balance is payable in accordance with the booking conditions.
Additional fees, including any applicable payment processing charges, will be disclosed before payment is taken.
Beja Health Collective reserves the right to update its prices and service offerings. Changes will not retrospectively alter the agreed price of a confirmed booking, except where a change has been agreed with the client or otherwise permitted by law.
8. Refunds and consumer rights
Due to the individualised nature of our services, refunds are not ordinarily provided simply because a client is dissatisfied with a subjective outcome or does not experience their anticipated results, provided the service was delivered in accordance with applicable requirements.
However, this does not affect any rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.
If a service has been completed, discontinued or cannot proceed, the circumstances will be assessed individually.
Where a treatment is discontinued due to clinical or safety concerns, Beja Health Collective will consider the services already provided, any unused portion of the booking and the circumstances of the discontinuation when determining an appropriate outcome.
Depending on the circumstances, this may include a refund, partial refund, credit or rescheduling.
Nothing in these terms excludes any refund, repair, replacement, compensation or other remedy required by law.
9. Client responsibilities and conduct
Clients are expected to:
Provide accurate and complete information relevant to their care.
Follow reasonable pre-treatment and aftercare instructions.
Ask questions where information is unclear.
Inform their practitioner of any discomfort, unexpected symptoms or changes in health.
Treat staff and other clients respectfully.
Respect the privacy of other clients and the requirements of the treatment environment.
Beja Health Collective reserves the right to decline or discontinue a service where behaviour creates a safety risk, prevents appropriate care or involves harassment, abuse or threatening conduct.
Any decision to discontinue a service will be guided by the circumstances, clinical considerations and applicable legal obligations.
10. Adverse reactions and emergencies
If a client experiences an adverse reaction or becomes unwell during or after treatment, they should notify their treating practitioner or seek appropriate medical assistance.
Where an adverse reaction occurs during an appointment, the practitioner will respond within their professional scope and follow the relevant clinical and emergency procedures.
Emergency services may be contacted where clinically indicated. Clients should call 000 in Australia in an emergency.
Clients should follow any aftercare instructions provided and seek appropriate medical review if they develop concerning symptoms after treatment.
Beja Health Collective cannot guarantee that complications will not occur. However, all care will be provided subject to applicable professional, clinical and legal obligations.

This clause does not exclude responsibility for negligence, breach of professional obligations or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
16. Changes to these Terms of Service
Beja Health Collective may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes to our services, booking arrangements, business operations or applicable requirements.
